Partner Terms — Plain English

1. Leads are free. Forever.

When a customer requests a quote through Car Detail Finder, we send it to you at no charge. No subscription, no per-lead fee, no contract.

2. How booked jobs pay

When a customer books you through Car Detail Finder, they pay a booking deposit online (typically 15% of the job price, minimum $25). That deposit is our entire fee — it's how we get paid for bringing you the customer.

You collect the remaining balance directly from the customer at the job, using whatever payment method you normally use. Every job offer we send you states the exact dollar amount you'll collect — you'll never have to calculate anything. The customer receives the same numbers in writing, so they expect to pay you exactly that amount.

We never bill you, never touch your earnings, and you keep 100% of any tip.

3. Accepting a job means agreeing to its numbers

Each job offer shows: total price, the deposit the customer paid us, and the balance you collect. Clicking Accept confirms you'll do the job for that balance. Don't like the price? Decline — it costs you nothing, ever.

4. Show up, or the customer gets their deposit back

If you can't make a confirmed job, tell us as early as possible so we can help the customer reschedule. If a customer reports a no-show, we review the job's event trail and refund their deposit when the claim checks out. Repeated no-shows remove your booking eligibility (free leads continue).

5. Your reputation stays yours

Jobs run under your business name. Completed jobs grow the stats on your Car Detail Finder listing. You're an independent business, not our employee or contractor — you set your own methods, schedule, and standards.

6. Leaving

Stop any time by telling us — we'll stop sending offers. Jobs already confirmed should still be honored.
